horsehair mattress
This is a latex free mattress which consists of 10 layers of natural and untreated horsehair (1000gr per layer per sqm!) handtufted into an organic cotton drill cover with organic wool underquilting which softens the robust feel of the horsehair.
This is a traditional mattress with a firm, non-springy feel and superb temperature and moisture regulating properties. This mattress should be turned frequently; if looked after well it is virtually indestructible.

Approximately 11cm high. This mattress has a very firm feel.
All mattresses are hand made and take 6-8 weeks to be delivered.
