We stand behind the quality and authenticity of everything we sell.
If you are not completely satisfied with any Greenfibres product, then please return it to us.
You can of course send any* unwanted items back for a refund / exchange if the requirements below are met;
– Your purchase was delivered less than 30 days ago
– Your items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged
– Your items still have their hang tags attached (where appropriate)
– Exchanges are only available on like-for-like items, eg. same product in a different size or colour
Please note that we cannot accept returns unless all conditions above are met. If we are unable to exchange your item(s), a refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method. Please also see our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Please provide your name, address and a phone number / email address, so we can contact you if we have any questions regarding your return.
Please complete the relevant section of the returns form enclosed in your original order. If you do not have the returns form, you can enclose a brief note with your details, including order number if you know it, and inform us of how to proceed with your return.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be responsible for packages that do not reach us. Please note that we are unable to refund original P&P costs, and we cannot cover any return postage costs.
We will not charge you additional postage for exchange orders delivered within the UK mainland.
Mattresses incur a pick-up charge of £80 (UK mainland only), please contact us for more information.
* PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns of items that have been made to customer’s specifications, special orders, or items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, e.g. underwear, skincare and cleaning products. Please do email us if you have any questions: hello@greenfibres.com.
