Outer case is organic cotton quilted. Inside is an organic cotton case with two chambers filled with organic wool balls.
The larger chamber is loosely filled - so your head can sink comfortable into the pillow - whereas the smaller chamber is more densely filled to firmly support your neck and lower neck area.
Both chambers are adjustable.
This pillow is particularly good for people who sleep on their side.

Outer case and inner case is machine washable at 40 degrees C. Please remove filling prior to washing.
Because there are little hairs on the surface of the wool, the wool balls can clump up after a while. If this happens, please manually tease the balls apart and fluff up the pillow.
