Christmas gifts extended returns policy

Any items purchased as gifts from 25th November onwards, you can return them to us up to and including Thursday 15th January 2026.  

Our usual returns policy applies - the items must be unusued, unworn and unwashed and returned in any of it's original packaging.  We do not accept returns for the following items unless faulty: underwear - including knickers, briefs, boxers, long johns, hipsters, shorts, trunks, tights - as well as cleaning products and custom items. 

Please include the delivery note in your returns, or if you no longer have that, please include your name and contact details so we know who you are.   Our address is: Returns, Greenfibres, 1 Malt Mill, Totnes, Devon TQ9 5NH 

You’ll need to cover the cost of sending back your return, unless the item is faulty (see our faulty items questions).
