Postage and packaging costs for mainland UK are £4.50 for all orders under £80, and free for orders over £80. For the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland packages under 3kg costs are £4.50 and over 3kg costs are £9.50; orders which are more than £140 are sent free of p&p. For overseas rates, please order online to calculate your postage or contact us for an exact quote.
Heavy items, such as beds, slats and mattresses, will incur a Heavy Item Delivery Charge, which will be notified to you as soon as possible after your order is placed, and not later than the point at which you may still cancel the order, i.e. before you are charged for the item. The Heavy Item Delivery Charge is shown on the description of the products to which it applies.
Express Handling
For an additional £6 (on top of p&p if applicable), we offer an Express Handling Service for both mainland UK and overseas orders that are received by 11am GMT (Mon-Fri) and can be sent out the same day by either 1st class post or 24hr carrier (neither guarantee next day delivery). Express orders received after 11am GMT will be despatched the next business day.
