Our standard Postage and packaging costs for mainland UK are £4.50 for all orders under £80, and free for orders over £80. For the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland packages under 5kg costs are £4.50 and over 5kg costs are £13.90; orders which are more than £180 are sent free of p&p. For overseas rates, please order online to calculate your postage or contact us for an exact quote. If you would like to see how much it will cost to ship to a different country, simply click the "change" link to the right of your current "Shipping to" country, and make your selection. Only countries to which we ship are shown in the pull down list. If you would like more advice on shipping to another country, please do call us on 01803 868001.

Royal Mail Tracked means you can follow the delivery of your organic textiles as they weave their way to you; and since Royal Mail goes to your door anyway there are no additional CO2 emitting "delivery miles". You can tell us a safe place where we can leave the package so that you don't have to be at home to receive it and so you don't have to collect it from your local depot.

Heavy items, such as beds, slats and mattresses, will incur a Heavy Item Delivery Charge, which will be notified to you as soon as possible after your order is placed, and not later than the point at which you may still cancel the order, i.e. before you are charged for the item. The Heavy Item Delivery Charge is shown on the description of the products to which it applies.

VAT
Where applicable, prices include United Kingdom Value Added Tax (UK VAT) at the rate of 20%. If you select a country (from the "shipping to" pull down) that is exempt from UK VAT then the appropriate amount will be displayed and removed from the total. Note: Some products (children's clothes) are not subject to UK VAT.
